The supplies tracker asks for three different monetary amounts under "Manage Supplier", Unit Cost, Unit Price, and Refurb Price. This section explains what these are for. ! Unit Cost refers to the we paid per unit, including all shipping, delivery fees, or sales tax.

Unit Price is what we charge customers per unit when we use the supply. By default, it should be a 15% markup over the unit cost.

Refurb Price is the same thing as Unit Price, except it can be a different amount that's charged when the supply is used in refurbishment.
